BYOND Name: A Tiefling

Reason Banned:  Roleban was, in my opinion, Raeschen being upset at me for unrelated reasons to the actual round.  I believe the stated reason was brigging someone indefinitely on extended or something like that.  The specifics are kind of hazy, but I think was questioning someone doing very sketchy shit as captain when there was no security on the station.

I genuinely forget what the discord ban was for, but I was probably telling either Pooj or Raeschen to stop being a shitter.

Admin who banned:  Roleban was Raeschen, Discord ban was Gorgilisk.

Length Banned:  Perma, presumably.

Appeal Reason:   I'd like to actually be able to play sec roles again.  Before I took a couple month break, I played several HoP rounds without incident and I often played QM or other roles with reasonably high access and power with very little issue.     As for the Discord ban, I think banning me from the server indefinitely is a bit harsh, especially since I can't even remember what the banning reason is.  I'm usually pretty good at remembering when I say something real fucked up to someone.

So much so you were kicked temporarily for it, only for it continue happening.
So it was escalated to a ban.

Yyyeah alright that's a fair point.    I'd still like to be let back on, though.   I'll be a good boy, I promise.

On another note, I know I'm a bit of a shit-stirrer at times but a good number of the arguments I got into on the Discord were people poking at me because they saw that I'm easy to rile up. I know that's the case and I won't try and deny that I can be a bit 'heated' at times.

If you -do- deny the discord ban appeal (which I think is pretty likely, tbh) I'll make an effort to present myself cordially in OOC and such and prove that I'm capable of being a good boy and I'll file another appeal for that at some point in a few months.

I still think the roleban was kinda bogus, though.

Well, my vote is on you playing again first, proving that you have improved, before it's considered to have your banned roles and access to the Citadel Discord returned.
After all, you're not banned from playing on the server itself, just from playing specific roles.

I'd agree with Gorgi's assessment here in proving yourself first before coming right back into the discord. It was one hell of a mess sadly.

Only know of you by searching your chat logs from the Discord, and I didn't like what I saw. I think Worg's plan is entirely fair.

I'm entirely disinclined to allow you a return of any privileges, but I'm also entirely biased because of your ability to give me massive headaches.

With that said, I'm going to let Gorgilisk make the decision with the caveat that you, Tiefling, will be on thin ice if you're allowed to return to headroles or the Discord.

This seems to be denied. Perhaps make a new appeal in a while after playing without incident.
