Reason Banned/Ticketed: Nothing but a welder bomb

Appeal Reason:
All I did was welderbomb a singular time, and when asked, responded lightheartedly with "Science isn't about why, it's about why not."
I've been on Citadel for a bit, maybe 20 rounds, have friends and enemies, and had a good time. A permanent ban for a welderbomb isn't
quite logical, in my opinion. That's essentially burning down a house, to catch a fly.
