Reason Banned/Ticketed: Improper escalation of a scenario - Recycling a clown's PDA and possibly ID after only being slipped by them, while already on probation after being almost permanently banned before, for constant poor behaviour. Unless given reason not to, the permanent ban is now back in effect.

Appeal Reason: It's been 2-3 weeks since I was permabanned for uh, recycling a clown's PDA. After my previous ban was lifted, I made every effort to avoid breaking any rules, hardly even playing on the main server just to be safe. One day, I was sitting in the bar when the clown walked in along with a micro -- who proceeded to start jerking off on the floor. The clown walked up and slipped me with his PDA. I, then, recycled the PDA to avoid any further conflict with the dynamic duo. I did not realize, at the time, that this minor slip-up (pun intended) would net me such a harsh punishment. I mean, jeez. I might not be the most pleasant person around, but this ban seems a bit 'hefty', so to speak. I, myself, believe that the grueling 2.5 week period that I have waited out thus far is enough punishment for recycling the clown's PDA, is it not? Haha. Well, I hope that I will be granted the privilege of playing on Citadel once more, and I hope to see you all in the near future. Thanks for taking the time to read this, my friend. :)

It's been a month since I posted the appeal, no response. I still refresh the page a couple times a day hoping for a reply. I didn't want to bump it too soon, but I think it's been long enough. Hope this doesn't seem impatient of me, I assure that's not the intention. Just wanted to say hi again, and a quick thank you to whoever happens to read this. :)

Meeeh, if you just recycled the PDA there is no reason for this to be anything other than an IC issue, recycling the ID is a bit worse, but it's not like the clown ID is particularly valuable.

You do have an extensive history of poor escalation, but I don't think I see this as actionable, at least taken in isolation. Honestly, the ban is probably more because people still considered you a nuisance to the server than because you recycled a PDA.
