Drone Warning Ticket Appeal

Appeal Reason:

This is an Appeal for my most recent ticket. I joined into an extended round an hour late in and went onto a drone seeing multiple power failures on-station. Once those were resolved I saw multiple walls torn down halfway at the chapel. Once I ran to grab materials to fix the walls, I was starting to be moved, pulled, and whacked at by other players. They were doing a construction project. Regardless of this, it is a drone's job to maintain the station, thus keeping the Station's default format as best as possible. Kevin bwoinked me, I vent crawl to reply, I plead my case, they hit me with a warning and an uncalled for gibbing.Image
Everyone (should have) read these rules before playing Drones. I would like to argue that I did not indeed interfere with the round.

-I did not touch/interact round critical objects.
-I did not interact with living or non-living beings.
-I did not communicate with other non-drone-players.
-I did attempt to maintain the Station's Original Design
-I did follow these specific laws and Citadel's own included laws of interpretation of what round interference is.
-I did take everything literal, as a simple programmed robot would.

A living being being in the vicinity while you work has nothing to do with interfering with the round, nor does avoiding damage from an upset crewmember count as interference. Seeing that Kevinz was in dorms, he most certainly had no chance to see this from my side of the fence, as replacing torn down walls even in the vicinity of crewmemebers does not count as round interference. Threatening players trying to do what's best for the Station with premature warnings like they're apart of a grief team (that just joined with only 10 minutes of playtime i.e.) is unjust, and an illegitimate action directly against the Administration & Punishment Policy and the playerbase.

No, see, as drone, you were going about trying to keep the station adhered to its default blueprint. That's not your job. Your job, as drone, is to keep the place in working order. Even if that means tearing down some walls and building some others - if it makes the station function better and achieve optimal management, then you're good to do so.

With what you've provided here, you did the "provide power" thing, and based on station blueprints, you were repairing. But you were also violating Drone Law 1 by constantly getting involved after the first couple of attempts at being removed. The crew were modifying the station, and thus, were improving - an effort you were working against, according to drone laws. When you kept getting involved in mucking up the effort, and thus were violating Drone Law 1 to the point that they were having to try and kill you just to get the point across, someone decided that it had gone too far and ahelped you, which got someone not even involved having to drop what they were doing to get involved in the matter.

With everything you've provided, I look over it all and can safely say you were, in fact, in the wrong. You were good up until you started getting involved in what the crew was doing, and in turn, started actively interacting with them by refusing to stop what you were doing that was interfering in the first place and just go do something else until they were done, THEN consider coming back and...kind of going against the server caveat of "don't be a dick", if your return would've seen you going back to building the station back up to the blueprint's specifications rather than leaving them as they were.
tl;dr version, everything you yourself provided as evidence to support your defense is really just saying you don't realize where you went wrong still, because it all damns you to being wrong and the warning/note applied correctly, and I can't really fix that, short of telling you to just stare at it all long and hard until you realize at what point you were basically being a dick and breaking drone laws.
It is only waffer thin.

denied, someone tried multiple times to get you to get away from their work with force or otherwise, you didn't understand how that's bad when your laws says to not involve yourself in the matters of another being (and yes, walling over someone's work is called involving yourself.) now you know not to do that, and the note will stay to make sure that there is a record of it.

"getting in someone's way" counts as interacting with them, sorry.
