Stole plasma from Chemistry for this cigar, and then went on a spiel of 'Captain goes down with the ship in deadchat. Its been quite awhile and I wish for all heads to be unlocked so I can experience this server more

Permanent means permanent - simply saying that it's been [x] amount of time since the ban was applied is not enough of a reasoning for bans to be repealed.
Unless you can provide some assurance that similar events won't occur again, this job-ban is likely to stay.

Like Worgilisk said, a permanent ban needs a reason and explanation of how you've improved as well as resolve to not repeat past performances to be lifted. With the recent 3 day ban for evading this via IC means of promotion, I have to say I don't vouch for you.

Not to mention you said that you were voted in by staff.
And yet, the round where you got a 3-day server ban, it was because you straight up asked the Warden if you could be made HoS. As an assistant. Knowing you had a headban in place.

So I'm against lifting this ban. Play normally, don't go around job bans, and maybe after showing you can be responsible, we can look at the ban being lifted again. But not anytime soon, I can say that much.
