I'd still like to know why it was a permaban in the first place. To my knowledge, I've only ever received -one actual- ban here. Two bans I know were supposed to be removed and considered null, One because it was a mistake by an admin trying to ban someone else, and the second being because I appealed it and it was found to not have been made by the admin in the same mindset. So with that in question, why was I permabanned right off the spot, and given the guilty verdict from the start by Pooj?

where are people getting all this (mis)information from? you have three unlifted bans and a large assortment of notes back from when we did the ticket thing instead of banning people, most of which are for poor escalation.

I was told most of those were being removed, considering one was literally for disabling a pod during escape because the captain told us too as security. And that was a hella long time ago.

most of these were from before i was in administration so i can't comment on whether they should have been removed or not, but they clearly have not been, so considering the information i have available at the moment this seems justified

the reason it was such a long time ago is because you took a huge break and only recently came back, not because you've been improving since your last offenses

I've actually been on and off for the last year or so. Playing about weekly, to bi weekly. Under no circumstances would or should this be a Permabannable offense because of this though. I had more then enough reason to beat the crap out of them honestly considering they were thwapping at us with a baseball bat, and security obviously wasn't going to take our word for it if we came back.
