72 hour server ban - appeal for unban

Reason: Was told not to kill themselves after a failed suicide attempt that resulted in them being recloned/resleeved, was talked to and then decided to kill themselves again right after anyways. please take a break..

Length Banned: 4320 minutes. begins 6/25/19 around midnight incase you want to see if i am missing anything from between me and the admin which i have included EVERYTHING below.


Appeal Reason: Unjustified ban or at minimum a poorly explained/executed one. I was under the assumption that the current round was acceptable with how his statements were worded.

PM to-Admins: Yes. I tried to kill off my char earlier and was sucessful. They however managged to find my dead corpse and res me apparently. I am now trying to finish the job out in the cold
PM to-Admins: Currently was a pill addict and ran out of pills after almost getting another guy and me killed when doing shrooms
PM to-Admins: The shrooms were a accident the 6 pills and jumping off the 3rd story was not

NOTE Full context for the final end event which is what i was supposedly banned for.
I was at the exit point to the outside world. The door was opened for me and i followed the guy until i passed out from freezing. He picked me up put me in a "gas chamber" and finished me off which he had said he was going to do in a previous attempt and i had agreed to. I assumed that it was a don't do in the future type thing and that finishing what i had allready started as i previously stated "i was far in" on was fine as i mentioned I was staying in character. If it was a cut the shit and dont continue this round i get it. But he said "letting the folks know you were talked to so none of the bullshit comes up and all that." which really lead me to beleive i was good for the round. I EVEN MADE A COMMENT i was confused on his wording. on another note i checked the server rules again and there is 0 comment that suicide is against the rules unless it was in the context of trying to avoid a in game punishment, or attempting to obtain ghost roles which i was doing neither. Since it is contextually specified I assumed that suicide itself is fine as long as it is within character parameters. It was a 4 hour character development leading up to his suicide and not a Made a new char hopped on and killed myself for the sole purpose of getting a rise.

While his wording wasn't the best, he still did make it clear that suicide was against the rules. It's kinda on your for assuming anything besides "Yeah go ahead and commit suicide" (Holy fuck that sounds so terrible out of context) was an all-clear to commit suicide after being told not to. I'm personally against lifting the ban, especially since it's only three days, but lifted or not, the character you were playing is still dead and not allowed to be played again.

Out of curiosity, have you checked both server rules? There's a main rulelist and a rp server rulelist and they have some changes between them, simply saying because you mentioned the rule about not suiciding for ghost roles and the rp server has no ghost roles.
