Ive had the most fun RP ever with you as Mom SilencedMP5A5.
I still have the screenshots of that round saved it was so much fun.

Anyway the whole long message to subtumaka aside the last sentence is really what matters.
-If you can't say that i've done exactly this or that wrong, then i would like this ban to be erased, because i want to be a good player and for you guys to see me that way.

After a lengthy discussion with fellow administrators. It has been agreed upon by RP and Main staff that your appeal will be denied.
As well as being denied, you may not re-appeal in the future with a (different) server admin's voucher. It has been decided that you are to be permanently barred from Citadel groups and servers from this point on.

As for your questions,
The things you have done wrong have been explained to you in length before, and are stated in the ban reasoning. You were warned for playing an "underage looking" character and upon being told not to, you argued feverishly that since US law did not state explicitly this situation, that it should be allowed. Even if that was true, server rules state that you cannot do this.
A second reason was that several times you were told to drop a topic that was being discussed in a channel and you refused to, leading to a chat ban in which then you also refused to drop that topic of when un-chatbanned.
The third reason is that we absolutely do not and never will allow the harassment of other players using our group discord. The one that was victim to this himself stated that several things you said in this appeal as false (My previous post contains a picture which shows the response of the person in question).

These being said, for future non-citadel servers, you can work on improving this by understanding that once an administrator tells you to drop a topic. The best course of action would be to drop it and move on. Needlessly pursuing it despite multiple administrators saying not to is not the correct action.
If someone blocks you, there is a good chance that it means they no longer want anything to do with you. You should forget about them and move on.
