look.. im sorry... I really mean it... the talking back thing was in no way acceptable and I really shouldn'tve done it... I was angry at the time because I couldn't do a fun project, but that is no excuse for what I did.

i will never ever try the project again and you have my promise on it, though i would just like to explain a few things
i had the captain's permission to try the project, had i not, i wouldn'tve attempted it, but later in the round said captain got banned for a few reasons including allowing me to continue on.

the tesla in the middle of the station thing has been done before, and ive successfully done it a few times in the past, though when i tried it again on this round i diddnt realize another admin had specifically said "don't do that again", i only thought it was an IC thing where its like "oh well we have people who don't like that idea, don't attempt it right now"

when security had a grasp on me i used the "*suicide" verb thinking it would drop the situation completely, though in that moment of heat i… wasn't thinking about the rule saying not to do such... and again, another thing that i would never do again, without a good reason to... if i were ever allowed back...

there are things i did where i wasn't thinking... and yeah... im very.. very wholefully sorry.. i feel really bad for trying to talk back to an admin like that...

the project was something i thought would be cool and kinda neat, having a few drinks at the bar while having an active, stable tesla next to you quietly humming (only quiet if the area its in has no pressure i mean) but now that i know its a no-no, it wont be done again... that's a promise i can keep... if.. im allowed to keep it...

Okay so you're STILL not understanding why you were punished. This is main. While its pretty shite to make a middle of the station tesla, the admin last night decided that its not cool and ICly punished you and then told you to not do this again.
This is where the permabannable problem begins to arise. You see, you were told by an administrator to NOT do this thing.
You decided, to ignore what the admin told you, and did it again. When a different admin, Geemisif, told you in dead chat to not do this again. You replied with "imma do it again anyways" as well as stating that your response to ignoring admin orders was "whatever"

So at this point, not only have you broken rule 2 which states that admins have the final say about ingame matters, you have admitted to actively ignoring future orders of admins to not do the thing.
To summarize, the first and main issue of the ban was that you broke rule 2 and ignored what an admin told you not to do, followed by admitting that you didn't plan to listen to future instances of admins telling you not to do this thing.

The secondary point, which sealed this ban as permanent. As the handling admin, I was pretty on the fence about the first thing if it were just that. I had decided in adminchat that I would have liked to just note you and said the next time would be a permaban. However, I had then realized something else. You built the engine, but you were a ghost now. Why?
upon some investigation and a pm. I had discovered that LAST NIGHT, when you were ICly punished, you commited suicide to avoid the punishment. That is a rule break of rule 3.6 in which the admin at the time let you go for. You then do the exact same this this round when the HoS Tazed you to arest you, you suicided immediately and when i asked you about it, you told me it was purely to avoid the punishment.

So ignoring the major attitude displayed to admins in both last night and today's instances, your permaban was put in place for two accounts back to back almost of breaking rule 2 of ignoring admins ordering you things, and two accounts of suiciding to avoid ic punishments.

As the banning admin, I suppose I am possibly biased. However, my opinion is not in favor of this unban. I would suggest you get another server's administrative staff to vouch for your good behavior(with proof) before making another appeal here.

i get that... im still, very, very sorry... i would never attempt the project again nor would i ignore an admin's orders, or suicide just to get out of situations... my reactions at the time were very unacceptable as well... and i agree, it was childish... im not saying i shouldn't be punished for it though, really, what i did was really bad for multiple reasons... im not against the idea of not unbanning me, but i still want to come back to this server again... its the only one i ever play on because its the most fun... dispite what i rant about sometimes...

i promise my behavior wont lead to these problems again... i swear on it.

there's nothing i can really explain away here, my actions were childish and unwanted, but i am literally begging you, please don't let this be a permanent ban... i love this server and would change my attitude in a heartbeat to stay on it...

in no way did i have malicious intent... i just wanted to try something cool that others would enjoy... from there it... clearly got out of hand...

Really, it's not about the Tesla, to me. It's about your attitude on the whole and how you responded to the entire affair. I could give a fuck about the Tesla at this point- I gave IC consequences for it, rather than bwoink you and say "hey this is bad, stop it" because it is, arguably an IC issue, and not an incredibly large one, but the way you dragged the entire thing through the mud was incredibly childish and gave me of all the reasons I had to say 'Wow, yeah, ban them.' when the discussion came up in 'min chat.

You've been spitting fire since the Mining jobban and you've had a caustic outlook on the admins at large for more than just this single issue. This isn't just some 'apologize and move on' meme like we're lovers in an abusive relationship: Let me set you straight, here.

I don't want to see shit like this happen again. You have a lot of notes and I'm not going to shame you over each and every one, but you're not a star pupil, nor are you new to the server. You should understand that the admins don't just say shit to make you upset or 'pick on you'. We tend to call each other out when we're being biased fucking retards or let our hateboners get in the way, and most importantly you need to realize that if you have a problem with the staff, or their conduct, you should reach out to the team. Try to talk to us like we're fucking humans and not just rage about it and throw a tantrum; I know exactly how it is to go from ice cold to flaming inferno of rage, and I just need to tell you how not okay it is.

We will talk to you. We will discuss things with you, and any player. Rulings, things we're discussing/considering or reasons why we made certain decisions, but don't expect us to kowtow to a bad attitude. Not only are we instructed to reward players for being conciliatory and culpable for their actions, no human being will willingly approach someone who's actively, publicly shit-talking them.

IN SHORT? USE YOUR WORDS, YOU ARE AN ADULT. We try our best, too, but it's a two-way street. You know what's expected and we expect it of you. I enjoy being on people's side because it's fun to argue with the other admins (and prove them wrong), but when you act like a complete shit, you do nothing but make us both look like absolute fucking morons. That comes across FAR more coarse than what I've written above, but I'm not going to cry rivers if you don't read any of it.

I would say give it a few weeks before appealing again. If you can get another server's admin, Citarp and rpserver included, to vouch for improved behavior in adhering to admin decisions and improved attitude with less passive aggressiveness in adminpms then making an update appeal then, then I am willing to let you back on thin ice.
