"As warden on secret, gulagged people for minor crimes with large point requirement and killed a plasmaman by taking his plasma tank away for trying to break out of the brig after telling him "You dying now". Lied to an admin when asked why he killed the plasmaman saying "I didnt know it would kill him".

Appeal Reason: 1-So, it was very dickish of me when taking off his tank at first, he ended up getting in crit, i cryoed him and did not let him die, i tried putting him on a cell again, but he kept on trying to break the window, that made me pissed and decided to gulag him, i think plasmaman gulag is glitched since their plasma tank is taken away from them, though i may have taking his tank away again and didnt notice(Also, part from breaking the windws that round, also broke into bridge, assaulted QM [that is now a head] and im pretty sure he helped Taro) In that mind i think he deserved a gulag or a good time on the cells. 2- The spiderwoman had reason to be gulagged, she stole janitor's cart, trespassed sec twice, vored several monkeys from genetics (theft) and people were constantly lynching her to be arrested. 3-Wil something, the chemist was making several bombs and harmful chems, causing HoS, QM, me and the cap to think he was a  traitor, i arrested him, let him free but cap wanted to arrest him again (I didnt even know why), decided to gulag him since that was their second time in the brig (I only gave him a 1000 points goal) I had to free him after a while because station wa sgetting pretty fucked and the labor shuttle's console and ORM thingy were destroyed. Lately, people found the plasmaman's body, that made me know i was going to get ahelped.4- Overall, i think i deserved a jobban instead of a monthban, this ban in my opinion is longer than a cuban-pete grade ban. I hope this appeal leads out to something because i toke a long time to make another account and email because the password retrieving system is borked

Your ban was decided to be a month server because of your large history of banbaiting as well as the fact that you tried to lie to me about trying to kill the plasmaman. You took the plasmaman's tank away from him, and gulagged him afterwards. From what I saw, the only grenades from the chemist were pretty much not harmful. You only retrieved the spider woman after I told you the gulag was borked. The problem with the gulag points, is that 1000 points is the MAXIMUM sentence. 100 gulag points is roughly equal to one minute in the brig, and should really be used as a place for prisoners that won't take their time in the brig, or if the brig is full/people are repeating the same crimes after being arrested a couple of times. Your sentences were very much so WAY over what should've been given to them so it was quite obvious you hadn't really read space law all that thoroughly, if at all. Overall, your note history, and complete inability to play security properly is what made the admin team agree on a month. Your reasoning doesn't really give me any motivation to lift or shrink this sentence.

I'll be honest to you, and i kind of aggree, i've been thinking on taking a break of citadel, not because of the constant lynch and shit, just becaus eim kinda bored of it.
Keep the ban i guess...
