BYOND Name:ArcticFlame
Reason Banned: 'RDMing' as a borg, going against my laws.
Admin who banned: Sorry, but I don't remember. It was like 6 months ago.
Length Banned: Forever...
Appeal Reason: I was emagged by a traitor, and his orders were to fire upon the station's population. I was not going against my laws, as my laws were the ones you get upon being emagged as a borg. There was no reason to job ban me for this, especially forever. I was doing nothing wrong.

RE: Cyborg And AI Ban Appeal
While I'm not the admin who banned you from AI roles, I did dig into the logs to find out why you might've been,
Here's it in brief;
-At 19:00:36 server-time, you were brought back as a borg by a known traitor to you, and emag'd
-At 19:07:23 the person who emag'd you died, by your hand
-Upon admin questioning, you claimed the reason for it was because you were a sec borg (then said it was because you're hacked)
Here's the problem with that: when emag'd by someone, you're supposed to be obeying them, killing them is quite the opposite of that, so that's how you went against your lawset.

For one, yeah, you definitely broke your laws by killing the person who emagged you. For two, if there really was "no reason to ban you", why did you wait so long to make an appeal?

I was not aware that I killed them, to be honest.Worgilisk wrote: While I'm not the admin who banned you from AI roles, I did dig into the logs to find out why you might've been,

I already answered the first question in the above post.. And to answer your second, I had forgot about it as I don't usually play cyborg roles, and I had IRL things going on that day right after the incident.cebutris wrote: For one, yeah, you definitely broke your laws by killing the person who emagged you. well even if you weren't aware that you did, that's why you were banned? so just denying recollection of it isn't convincing wrt to this appeal, especially if you're going to go and say you did nothing wrong.

Your laws list the ONE person you're supposed to not kill when you get emagged and you couldn't understand them, how are we supposed to believe you aren't gonna just do it again?
