Reason Banned: New join, immediently shouting slurs against all non humans and claimed it to be IC. When told this was unacceptable behavior, claimed that it was not explicitly written in the rules he could be so. That because IC racism is fine it is acceptable to spam racist graffiti everywhere. This is not tasteful or wanted. Appeal on the forums.

Appeal reason: I have watched videos on my phone of SS13 for a while now and browsed the reddit, I finally got my computer set up and downloaded byond. I joined Citadel and did all the stuff. I decided I wanted to RP as a racist, after all, I read the rules for the server and it said that IC racism is okay. I joined at roundstart and yelled something along the lines of "fuck lizards" or something like that. I got dressed and went in front of bridge to start yelling on the radio stuff like "we need to tell NT that they need to stop letting these dumb aliens steal our jobs!!". I was, suprisingly, met with a bit of support. Then I get bwoinked with "keep doing that and we are gonna pinch you off." (Something like that, it is also worth noting he was the only admin on), I was confused because the rules specifically said that IC racism is okay. While he is typing up a storm, I went in front of bridge and drew the "fuck lizards" graffiti on a few tiles, then I went to medbay and did a few more. Everytime I asked if racism was allowed, he got more and more vague, (one time he said that the crew might lynch me, then he said making people "ashamed" of playing as nonhuman is a permabannable offense). I would like to also say that I called one lizard a ligger and left him alone. Then later on a slime called me something so I called him a dirty slime, that whole thing about me following people around is false. So I will summarize below why I think I should be unbanned.


1. I said about 4 messages on the radio against nonhumans, I didn't even use the word furry. The worst thing I did was call a lizard a ligger.
2. The rules say that IC racism is fine. I only got about 2 messages on the radio in before I PM'd saying "you better stop that or we will pinch ya".
3. Graffiti is not against server rules. I could understand if I arranged graffiti to look like a swastika or something, but I just got a couple tiles and selected the "fuck lizards" graffiti. If you don't like racism against nonhumans, maybe you should get rid of the "yiff in hell" and the before mentioned fuck lizards graffiti, no?
4. The thing about me harassing and following nonhumans around is false. I called one lizard a ligger at round start and a slime person a dirty slime because he insulted me.
